Ranked on 1 (“We” or “Us”) offers non-tangible services and generally does not issue refunds once the initial 30 days of the project are complete. The project start date is considered the day we receive your first payment.

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a reason for a refund after the 30-day window, we encourage you to contact us. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
